Introduction: Foundation for Inclusive Early Childhood Education

Foundation for inclusive early childhood education is the second session in the Preschool-Kindergarten LRE/NE Team Decision Making module. This online resource was developed by the Maryland State Department of Education for IEP or Extended IFSP teams, early education and care community partners, families, referrals sources and agencies serving young children with disabilities. The module highlights best practice for effective decision making by IEP or Extended IFSP teams in Maryland to determine the LRE/NE for eligible children, ages 3 through K.
