Strengths and Needs Summary
The Strengths and Needs page is for and IEP for a preschool-aged child. This page does not need to be completed for a school-aged student.
1. Select Strengths and Needs Summary from the IEP Table of Contents or from the navigation drop-down list in the section title located on each of the IEP pages.
2. Complete Strengths and Needs Summary form.
3. Click Save button.
4. Click on the Add COS button to begin completing the Child Outcome Summary form.
