This online professional development module provides information on the topic of stakeholder engagement to help DaSy Center technical assistance staff support clients.

Over the course of three sessions, you will learn the importance of identifying stakeholders at all levels of an organization or system, and how to engage stakeholders in a meaningful, collaborative input process that leads to increased buy-in and participation. In addition, you will become equipped with information and strategies to apply when supporting DaSy clients in their roles as stakeholders in statewide coordinated data system initiatives, as well as in their roles as leaders of stakeholders for their own data system initiatives.
