The Maryland Learning Links website is the one place to visit for information, guidance, and resources related to Special Education and Early Intervention. The Evaluation and Assessment area in the Birth through Five channel provides information about Maryland’s Early Childhood Intervention and Special Education Evaluation and Assessment System.

The Early Childhood Outcomes Center

The Early Childhood Outcomes (ECO) Center provides national leadership in assisting states with the implementation of high-quality outcome systems for early intervention (EI) and early childhood special education (ECSE) programs. The website shares up-to-date information and resources for state and local administrators, technical assistance providers, teachers, other direct service providers, and families.

Maryland's Healthy Beginnings Website

Maryland's Healthy Beginnings is a resource designed by the Maryland State Department of Education's Division of Early Childhood Development to help parents/caregivers nurture young children's learning and growth. Specifically designed for infants and toddlers (ages birth through three), Healthy Beginnings gives parents/caregivers knowledge and support around child care and child development. In addition, the Activity Planner (accessible via the website) provides fun, developmentally appropriate activities that build young children’s skills and promote all kinds of learning.
