The Intervention Data Monitor

The principal or designee should assign the role of Intervention Data Monitor for each Alert Area to members of the Leadership Team. The Intervention Data Monitor should be responsible for keeping track of all students receiving interventions for their designated Alert Area. At monthly intervals the Intervention Data Monitor should collect data and provide a Status Report update at the monthly (or more frequently) Leadership Team Meetings. The Scorecard Monitoring Tool, located in the callout box to the right, can be used for each Status Report.
