Debriefing

These Online Learning Events will introduce you to a practical coaching approach called Online Coaching 4 Teachers, developed by The Johns Hopkins University School of Education, Center for Technology in Education (JHU/CTE). You will discover key elements of effective coaching and learn to apply systematic strategies for coaching online. Using these strategies, you will be able to build productive coaching partnerships with teachers that help them advance their teaching performance.

Each module includes an Online Learning Event (OLE) that utilizes the following cycle of instruction: Set-Up, Presentation, I-Learn, Just for Me, Assessment, and Wrap-Up. Over the course of the program, you will:

• Review key elements for effective coaching.
• Examine core components of the Online Coaching 4 Teachers approach;
• Acquire knowledge and skills in implementation of the Online Coaching 4 Teachers approach:

3.  Action-Plan

4.  Debriefing
