Communication

Whom should I contact if I am having technical difficulties?
Direct technical questions to the School of Education's Technical Support by calling 443-872-9265.  Support is available 24/7.

 

How will I know about changes to the program?
New announcements are posted in the ELC and contain information about current activities and any changes. The Updates page of My Dashboard allows you to see recent activity since you last logged into the program. Please check your Updates page every time that you log into the ELC.

 

How should I communicate with others in this program?
You should communicate often with your co-teaching partners, program facilitators, and district level leadership team. The majority of communication will take place within the ELC discussion forums as part of the activities associated with the Online Learning Events or PD Boosters. When you have a question about the program or a specific activity, please email a program facilitator.

 

Are there any requirements for sending e-mail messages?
When you send an e-mail message to a facilitator or to another participant in the program, please observe the following guidelines:

  • Include the title of the program in the subject field (e.g., BL Co-Teaching Program).
  • Keep messages concise, and check spelling and grammar.
  • Send longer messages as attachments.
  • Use a positive tone and stay mindful of how your message could be interpreted.
