Searching Catalyst

Catalyst is the name of the JHU libraries online catalog that searches books, ebooks, media, and some (but not all) databases.

Requesting Books

Once you have found a title in Catalyst, look for the button to have the book delivered to the JHU library nearest to you for pick-up. Students enrolled in courses taught online can also request JHU books but there are additional procedures. Take a look at the procedures for requesting books for online students.

Accessing Your Library Account

My Account helps you to keep track and manage your book requests. Here you can renew items, see what you have checked out and more. You can access My Account from the library’s home page.
