To what extent, do you think having an explicit online coaching action-plan influences the level of partnership between the coach and client and the overall efficacy of the implementation?

Follow the COACH procedures and enter the information into the COACH protocol form.

Review the COACH information and use it to guide future interactions with the teacher.

Enter the information into the Discovery Guide.

Complete the Barriers to Learning and Change graphic organizer.

Review the Action Plan process with your teacher.

Determine the Coaching Challenge, Coaching Goal, and accompanying action steps; completing all sections of the Action-Plan template.

Have the teacher implement the Action-Plan and collect relevant teacher perception and student outcome data.

Follow the Fast 4Ward procedures to discuss the Action-Plan outcomes.

Complete the Fast 4Ward template, reporting results on the efficacy of the selected intervention(s) in reaching targeted goals.

Determine the goal for the next Action-Plan.

Post the completed Coaching Action-Plan and Fast 4Ward information to the designated Discussion Forum.

Greet your assigned partner(s).

Use the Coaching Competency Checklist to evaluate your partner’s plan.
