Wrap-Up
The purpose of this last stage in the Practicum is to give you an opportunity to bring closure to the session's topics and learning experiences. There are three parts to the Wrap-Up stage: 1) Reflect on your online coaching field experience. 2) Post an answer to the Challenge Question. 3) Engage in discussion with the Practicum Moderator to share highlights from your online coaching field experience.
Please complete the following activities.
Part 1: Reflection
Think about the implementation of your Coaching Action-Plan and the feedback you received.
Reflect on the Challenge Question: To what extent, do you think having an explicit online coaching action plan influences the level of partnership between the coach and client and the overall efficacy of the implementation?

Part 2: Final Reflection Questions
Engage in discussion with the Practicum Moderator to share highlights from your online coaching field experience. Consider the following questions to help you reflect on your online coaching experience:
- Did you experience any problems while moving through the stages? If yes, which stages?
- What modifications would you make to improve implementation in the future?
- Which stage did you find easiest to implement?
- Did you experience any surprises while working with your client?
- Have you had a similar experience, either as a coach or a coaching client? If so, compare.
- Are there additional tasks you would add to the Coaching Action Plan?
- Which aspects of the online coaching do you see as the most valuable?
- Share ideas related to the importance of collecting evidence and data related to the effectiveness of the selected intervention(s).
- If you were to recommend using this approach to another aspiring coach, what would you identify as a major highlight of the program?
- What would you conclude as the key underpinnings of the program?
