You have previously worked to build a high-performing team, to increase your knowledge about Implementation Science, and to become familiar with the TAP-IT Action Protocol. The readings for this work session will reinforce understandings related to your team roles, Implementation Science, and TAP-IT Action Protocol.
As you use the TAP-It Action Protocol to analyze data and plan for the SPDG Exploration Stage of Implementation, you will apply this knowledge.
SET
- Sit with your teams to review your team name, goals, and role cards. Ensure that each team member has an assigned role for the OLE.
- Examine and read the following documents(time allotment is 30 minutes for readings):
- Take the Challenge! Review the Challenge Question and predict your answers within your team.
Challenge Question: How do UNITED, TAP-IT Action Protocol, and Implementation Science empower Local School System teams to make deliberate data-informed decisions to improve outcomes for all students, including students with disabilities?
You will construct a meaningful response to this question during the Assessment component of this Online Learning Event.
