Congratulations on completing the Introduction to the Maryland Preschool Child Outcomes Summary Process module! Because this module is required for Preschool COS training, you can download verification that you completed the module in the Resource box to the right. Please save this file to your computer, complete the information in the document, and bring a printed copy to your COS training. It is also recommended that you keep a copy of the file for your own records. Please note: The Verification of Completion Form contains some questions for reflection that will help you prepare for the training.
