Take a moment to visit and bookmark the Family Guide to Participating in the Child Outcomes Summary Process in your online Child Outcomes resource library. Then, take a few minutes to read the guide. It may help to download and save it as a PDF file, or perhaps print a hard copy!

Finally, revisit The Child Outcomes Activity Sheet Table and review the questions you listed during the Session 3-Just for Me activity to engage families in learning more about their child's strengths and needs in each outcome area.  Would you revise any of these questions? Would you add additional questions? It might help to envision a specific child or family you work with as you review and draft these questions.
