Session 3: An Overview of the Child Outcomes Summary Rating Process

Welcome to Session 3, “An Overview of the Child Outcomes Summary Rating Process.”  In this session, you will be introduced to the Child Outcomes Summary (COS) rating process, discuss its purpose and its theoretical framework, and talk about how teams document and arrive at a rating for a child.
