Medical Assistance

If a student is not eligible for medical assistance services, enter No and select Save. There is no need to complete the additional sections.

If, however, a student is eligible for medical assistance you must enter the requested information.
Answering yes to the question, “Is the student eligible for MA?” will prompt a parent authorization page to print at the end of the IEP.

Documentation of date of parent signature for MA Authorization is provided at the bottom of the screen.  This data is included in the Medical Assistance Report available in the Admin Module.
