Wrap-Up

Now that you have finished this PD Activity regarding Transition Services and the student’s IEP, consider the next steps in reviewing the student’s IEP.

The user should double check with the student’s IEP team to ensure that the Maryland Exit Document has been updated and completed during the child’s graduation year.
