The TEAMS Meeting Protocol
This presentation introduces The TEAMS Meeting Protocol, an efficient meeting protocol which will guide co-teachers to reflect on student goals as well as the team goals set out during the UNITED process in OLE F1. While you are viewing the presentation, think about how your co-teaching teams conduct collaborative meetings and who takes the lead during co-planning.
Consider the following questions:
- Do co-teachers have roles and follow a meeting protocol?
- Do co-teachers meet routinely to review teacher and student performance data, or do they struggle to find time to meet?
- Do co-teachers review student progress data as a first step in lesson planning?
- Do co-teachers routinely discuss how their team is functioning and use a system to evaluate co-teaching performance?
- Do co-teachers set performance targets for their team and their students?
