Overview
As a result of OLE F2, co-teachers will have created the team product, TBCI Role Protocol for the first two stages: SET-Up and Presentation. They may refer to the TBCI Role Protocol Companion for support in completing the protocol. As administrator/facilitator, your job is to:
- Check-In with co-teachers: Meet with each co-teaching team to ensure that they were able to successfully complete the team product and that there are no barriers to their implementation efforts. You will also review the BL Co-Teaching Brief "Benefits of Co-Teaching" to discuss research related to co-teaching.
- Instructional Facilitators: Check-In with the administrative team: Facilitators check in with the administrative team to ensure that they are aware of their co-teaching teams' OLE progress, review the goals and benchmarks set in the beginning of the program, and identify important next steps.
- Complete the Action Checklist: After conducting these meetings, you will complete the Action Checklist to document any relevant information. You will be prompted to complete the checklist in the WRAP-Up stage of this OLE.
