Learning Together: OLE F1

Now that you have learned about the UNITED Protocol it's your turn to prepare for and conduct meetings to check in on F1 progress.

Overview

As a result of OLE F1, co-teachers will have created two team products: a UNITED Protocol and a Logistics Plan. As administrator/facilitator, your job is to:

  1. Check-In with co-teachers: Meet with each co-teaching team to ensure that they were able to successfully complete these team products and that there are no barriers to their implementation efforts. You will also review the BL Co-Teaching Brief "What Is Co-teaching?" to discuss research related to co-teaching.
  2. Instructional Facilitators: Check-In with the administrative team: Facilitators will check in with the administrative team to ensure that they are aware of their co-teaching teams' OLE progress, review the goals and benchmarks set in the beginning of the program, and identify important next steps.
  3. Complete the Action Checklist: After conducting these meetings, you will complete the Action Checklist to document any relevant information. You will be prompted to complete the checklist in the WRAP-Up stage of this OLE.

Below are two meeting agendas to help you conduct the Check-In meetings.

Note: Administrators do not need to conduct this second meeting. This meeting is held by instructional facilitators.
