An element that sets the Boundless Learning Co-Teaching Program apart is a deliberate and strategic approach to building a solid co-teaching team. Many teachers can share space in a single classroom. But it’s a different matter to function as a high performing co-teaching team. How does a co-teaching team begin the process of becoming UNITED? What does a discussion between co-teachers look like as they begin their collaborative journey?
