This Online Learning Event introduces the Snapshot Data Tool - a resource designed to help teachers efficiently organize and use current student progress data for planning differentiated instructional activities.

The competency you will meet is:

• Competency 9: Monitor student progress frequently using "real-time" data to accelerate learning among all students.

The specific objectives for this Online Learning Event are:

S2.1 Review each part of the Snapshot Data Tool.

S2.2 Apply the H-O-T Rating System within the tool:

• H - High Performing
• O - On Track
• T- Target Improvement

S2.3 Complete a Snapshot Data Tool using current student progress data.

S2.4 Discuss how your co-teaching team will use the Snapshot Data Tool for monitoring student progress and making instructional decisions.
