Overview
As a result of OLE S1, co-teachers will have completed a Snapshot Data Tool, as their team product. They should refer to the Snapshot Data Tool Directions as they complete their team product. As an administrator/facilitator, your job is to:
- Check-In with co-teachers: Meet with each co-teaching team to ensure that they were able to successfully complete the team product and that there are no barriers to their implementation efforts. You will also review the BL Co-Teaching Brief "How Do Teachers, Students and Parents Perceive Co-Teaching?" to discuss research related to co-teaching.
- Instructional Facilitators: Check-In with the administrative team: Facilitators check in with the administrative team to ensure that they are aware of their co-teaching teams' OLE progress, review the goals and benchmarks set in the beginning of the program, and identify important next steps.
- Complete the Action Checklist: After conducting these meetings, you will electronically submit the Action Checklist. The information you provide in the Action Checklist will be used by your state level coach to provide customized support to your school and co-teaching team(s). You will be prompted to submit the Action Checklist in the WRAP-Up stage of this OLE.
Below are two meeting agendas to help you conduct the Check-In meetings.
