The UNITED Protocol guides you and your co-teacher toward building a high performing co-teaching team. Together, the seven steps provide even experienced co-teachers with tools and topics to discuss in preparation for a year of collaboration, cooperation, and unity of effort. By anticipating and addressing common stumbling blocks of co-teaching, you build a high performing co-teaching team better prepared to meet your students united around a common purpose as you strive for success.
