Learning Together
Work with your co-teacher(s) to review a sample TEAMS Meeting Protocol. Then, conduct your own TEAMS Meeting as a co-teaching team. Before you begin, reflect with your co-teacher(s) on:
- How often and when does your team evaluate your level of performance?
-
What steps can you take and commitments can you make today to ensure that your co-teaching continues to improve over the last few months of school?
Directions:
1) Open the sample TEAMS Meeting Protocol completed by the co-teaching team of Webb & Adams.
2) Review the sample protocol and notice:
-
The team's performance ratings in TRANSLATE MISSION INTO ACTION and ENGAGE ALL LEARNERS
-
The New Performance Targets set for students under ASSESS STUDENT PROGRESS FREQUENTLY
-

3) After discussing the sample, download a TEAMS Meeting Protocol template. Remember to save the template to your computer and rename the file to include your team's name (ex. TEAMS Protocol_TeamCTE).
