This week, you will learn about the “core tenets of the philosophy of differentiation” and the importance of nurturing a “growth mindset” in students. As you begin to embrace these critical underpinnings, you will come to understand differentiation as an imperative and see the importance of helping students, families, and stakeholders to understand the rationale for this approach.
